Applications: Flexible multi-core control cable with braiding screen for emc protection. H05VVC4V-5-K is suitable for dry, damp and wet locations but not in the open-air. It is used as signal and impulse cable for control, measuring and inspection of industrial plants, machinery and working processes. H05VVC4V5-K is designed for fixed installations under medium mechanical stress conditions. It could be subject to temporary, non-continuous flexing without tensile load. The copper wire braid provides for protection against electromagnetic interference. H05VVC4V5-K has oil resistant jacket. Maximum operating temperature is +70oC.
Structure: Class 5 fine stranded annealed copper wire, PVC compound core insulation. All cores twisted in layers. Inner sheath of PVC compound over stranded cores. Braided screen of tinned copper wires. Outer sheath of oil resistant special PVC compound, gray. Produced according to HD 21.13.S1, EN 60811-2-1 , EN 60332-1-2.
