Applications: Indoor telephone wire for indoor applications. These indoor telephone cables are used in the subscriber networks and switchboard systems. It is used for analog and digital signal transmission. Because HBH cables have halogen-free and flame retardant insulation and outersheath, they do not emit halogen gasses in case of fire. Suitable for only indoor installations where human life could be in danger in case of fire. Temperature range for fixed installations : -30oC, +70oC.
Structure:Solid bare copper wire conductors. Low-smoke Zero Halogen compound core insulation. Insulated cores twisted into pairs. Pairs ( 10 pairs ) stranded together to form a sub-unit. Sub-units wrapped with polypropylene identification tape. Sub-units and insulated earth wire stranded together to form cable core. The cable core is wrapped with polyester tape. Halogen Free flame retardent (HFFR) compound jacket over cable core, RAL 7032 gray. Produced according to : IEC/EN 60228, EN 50290-2-26, IEC 60189-2, EN 50290-2-27, IEC 60189-2.
