Applications: Industrial installation cable for electronics, communication and data transmission with improved signal security and integrity. Designed to be used to transmit signals and measured values in symmetric circuits of the control and instrumentation engineering and the transfer of data and process information in computer systems. Suitable for fixed installation in dry and damp indoors. Blue color sheathed version is for intrinsically safe systems.
Structure:Solid annelead copper wire conductor. Polyethylene core insulation according to EN 50290-2-23, color coded according to DIN 47100. Cores stranded into pairs. Each pair is individually screened with PES tape , laminated Aluminium foil and tinned copper drain wire. Screened pairs stranded in layers to form cable core. Spiral wrapping of PES tape over cable core. Static screen of laminated Aluminium foil with tinned copper drain wire. Braiding screen of tinned copper wire over static screen. PVC compound jacket- gray (RAL 7001).
